A hands-on nutrition education opportunity! First, set up a 30 minute telephone consultation to discuss any goals and/or medical conditions. Following our telephone conversation we will set up a time to meet at your favorite local grocery store. During this 1:1 session (60-75 min) I will focus on your individual or family needs and help you choose the best suited foods for your lifestyle.
